Position Summary The Director, Sales & Marketing - Established Brands is a senior commercial leader within ANI's Established Brands business unit, reporting to the SVP, Head of Established Brands. This role drives commercial execution across ANI's portfolio of promoted and non-promoted established pharmaceutical products, with responsibility for sales, marketing, market development, and key customer engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded executive who can operate effectively in a lean environment while spearheading execution, developing teams, engaging customers, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver growth. The ideal candidate brings deep pharmaceutical commercial experience in emerging/growth-oriented environments and a history of translating strategy into results. Qualifications & Skills
The base salary range for this position is $175,000-$215,000; the exact salary depends on various factors such as experience, skills, education, location, competencies and industry-specific knowledge. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive short term and long term incentive program based on performance and company results. ANI Pharmaceuticals offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off.
